- Document Review: We review your current strategic/business plan alongside your key governance and reporting settings (e.g. risk register, board reporting, delivery/assurance framework).
- Health check report: A concise report covering key risks and gaps, governance and reporting readiness, and 3–5 priority actions for the year ahead.
- 60 minute debrief session: Talk through the findings with your board or executive team, and agree what to act on first.
- Availability: Offered for engagements starting July to September 2026, to make the most of the new financial year.
