Strategy development at Verity Strategic is collaborative and co-designed. Rather than applying generic frameworks, Katrina works closely with leadership teams and Boards, to understand the organisational context, challenge assumptions, and build a focused, realistic strategic plan, including an implementation roadmap and key measures of success.

A strategy review from Verity Strategic includes a review of up to two core strategic documents, a 3–5 page written feedback report covering gaps, risks, misalignments, and actionable recommendations, plus a 60-minute debrief session.
